SANCTUARY VILLAS & APARTMENTS ADDS NEW PROPERTIES IN SARDINIA AND
THE ITALIAN LAKES
Luxury villa specialist Sanctuary Villas & Apartments has added properties
in two new European destinations – Sardinia and the Italian Lakes.
Sanctuary Villas & Apartments has further expanded its portfolio with
new villas on the Tuscany and the Côte d’Azur.
Sanctuary Villas & Apartments specialises in providing a concierge-style
service by meeting any requests from guests through its designated Sanctuary
Host and regional offices. Activities include cooking classes, private
wine tasting with a sommelier, yacht charters, private guided tours of
cities and museums, and much more.
Villa Rosalia, northern Sardinia – perfect for families
Located near unspoilt San Teodoro in northern Sardinia, this characterful
villa benefits from a spacious garden; large swimming pool; and picturesque
views over the Mediterranean Sea. It is within walking distance of Puntaldia
Marina, where afternoon childcare and a number of kids’ activities
are available. To provide ultimate levels of service, a maid and a cook
are included in the rental cost.
Villa Rosalia sleeps up to 14 people over seven bedrooms and can be rented
from £13,301 per week on a Tailor Made (villa only) basis.
Villa Palladio, Italian Lakes – perfect for relaxation
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Alps, this elegant villa is
wonderfully positioned on the shores of Lake Maggiore, near to the village
of Lesa. The property is surrounded by well-manicured gardens, from which
guests can gain access to a private beach just a few steps away. Villa
Palladio also benefits from a Jacuzzi, as well as a daily maid and cook
service, both of which are included in the villa rental. A private speedboat
is further available for guests to hire at an extra charge.
Villa Palladio sleeps up to 14 people across seven bedrooms and can be
rented from £14,567 per week on a Tailor Made (villa only) basis.
L'Affresco, Ponte e Bozzone, Tuscany – perfect for honeymooners
Situated within the vast estate of the historic Villa di Geggiano, this
charming Tuscan villa is located nearby to the city of Siena and numerous
villages of the Chianti area. The villa sleeps four people across two
bedrooms and comes equipped with a hot whirlpool tub that rests under
the shade of olive trees. Guests also have access to the stunning gardens
of Villa di Geggiano, where Sanctuary can organise private classical music
concerts for guests to enjoy.
L’Affresco can be rented from £5,399 per week on a Tailor
Made (villa only) basis.
Villa Elena, Cap d’Antibes, Côte d’Azur – perfect
for sun worshippers
Villa Elena is set on the waterfront on the Cap d’Antibes between
Cannes and Antibes, in one of the most privileged locations of the French
Riviera. The property is perched on top of private terraced gardens and
comes equipped with an infinity swimming pool, offering panoramic views
of the Mediterranean Sea. It is within easy walking distance of the exclusive
La Garoupe beach.
Villa Elena sleeps six people in three bedrooms and can be rented from
£5,948 per week on a Tailor Made (villa only) basis.
Villa Cascade, Vence, Côte d’Azur – perfect for al fresco
dining
Resting in tranquil landscaped grounds above the village of Vence, Villa
Cascade enjoys charming views over the Côte d'Azur and the Mediterranean
Sea. The villa boasts a professional quality kitchen that leads onto a
large terrace and pool area, making the ideal al fresco dining spot. A
heated swimming pool, beautifully maintained gardens with cascading waterfall,
stream and boules pitch are also available for guests to enjoy.
Villa Cascade sleeps eight people across four en-suite bedrooms. It can
be rented from £11,128 per week on a Tailor Made (villa only) basis.
Le Trèfle, Carcés, Provence – perfect for entertaining
This charming country house under 30km from Draguignan in Provence is
set in three acres of secluded grounds, through which the river Caramy
flows. Ideally suited for friends and family wishing to enjoy a luxury
break, Le Trèfle is the perfect base for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Facilities include a spacious swimming pool; expansive lawns; and a large
covered terrace, with built-in outdoor cooking amenities and drinks fridge.
The villa has three en-suite bedrooms in the main house, sleeping six
people, and a fourth en-suite bedroom in an adjacent guesthouse that can
accommodate two people.
Le Trèfle can be rented from £4,545 per week on a Tailor
Made (villa only) basis.

Villas are available on a Tailor Made (villa-only) basis or with an upgrade
to the unique Sanctuary Hosted basis. The Sanctuary Hosted package offers
guests an inclusive, but not intrusive, selection of extra services including
an arrival supper, a welcome pack of toiletries and daily maid service
amongst other special touches. Flights are not included, although extra
services, from chefs to car hire can be arranged.
