SANCTUARY VILLAS AND APARTMENTS INTRODUCES LUXURY ALPINE VILLAS FOR THE SUMMER

Sanctuary Villas & Apartments has introduced the French Alps as a destination to its portfolio of luxury rental properties. The three traditional Alpine villas are close to the popular town of Chamonix and will be available to rent for the summer season.

The villas are perfectly suited for families and friends seeking an alternative to a beach holiday and will be especially popular with those seeking an activity holiday.

All three villas are traditional Alpine villas, designed to incorporate the latest mod cons, including outdoor Jacuzzis; south facing terraces with sun loungers; Wifi internet access; exquisite views; and daily housekeeping. The properties are ideally located with Geneva airport just over one hour away from the centre of Chamonix and all fit with Sanctuary’s core product philosophy by combining individuality, luxury and comfortable living.

Sanctuary Villas & Apartments can assist with organising white water rafting, canyoning, ice climbing, mountain biking, hiking, hot air ballooning and helicopter tours. Guests can also enjoy the restorative benefits of in-villa beauty treatments and massage, as well as fitness and yoga programmes.

The villas are well appointed for families, with each property incorporating a children’s playroom and two even benefiting from a cinema. Childcare and babysitting services are also available.

Villa Serena
Situated in a private enclave on the south facing side of the Chamonix Valley, Villa Serena offers unrivalled views overlooking the French Alps. The villa benefits from seven en-suite bedrooms and a spacious drawing room, which has remarkable views from its double height picture windows.

Facilities available at Villa Serena include a beauty treatment room; steam room and sauna; home cinema system with English-speaking satellite TV; table tennis; bar; and even a children’s playroom accessed via a unique ‘slide’.

The property sleeps up to 14 adults, plus two infants in cots, and is a short drive from the centre of Chamonix.

Villa Lumière
Located in the exclusive Les Bois district of Chamonix, Villa Lumière provides stunning views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus mountains. The villa has been designed in a traditional Alpine style and is just a short five-minute drive from the centre of Chamonix.

Sleeping up to ten adults plus two infants in cots, the villa is situated over four floors with one bathroom per bedroom. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own LCD TV/DVD and three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The open-plan living area features a double height picture window, fireplace and cinema projection system with drop-down screen. Facilities at this property include a sauna, children’s playroom and cinema, games room with pool table and a large flat garden ideal for children.

Villa Lumière can be rented from £6,500 on a Tailor Made (villa-only) basis between 31st May and 11th October 2008.

Villa Zenith
Excellently located in the south facing Mousseux area of Chamonix, Villa Zenith is a classic Chamonix residence offering magnificent panoramic views across to Mont Blanc and Chamonix.

A short seven-minute walk from the town centre, the villa has been renovated to the highest standards and includes a children’s playroom; sauna; BOSE sound system; satellite TV; study area; and beauty treatment room.

The property sleeps up to 16 guests, plus two infants in cots, over seven bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own LCD TV/DVD players.

Villa Zenith can be rented from £8,600 on a Tailor Made (villa-only) basis between 31st May and 11th October 2008
